Reflecting Transformational Learning and Its Possible Application to the Brazilian Educational System
Keywords:
Education, Transformational Learning, Education PossibilitiesAbstract
The educational reality of Brazil has always been the subject of studies and much discussion, which in most cases ended there. On the other hand, Transformational Learning Theory presents extremely interesting possibilities, which in many cases are not explored because of the mantle of some stereotypes created over the years. What we will do here is recall the emergence of this theory, some contributions to it, and try to draw a logic of possibilities in it, for the Brazilian educational system.
